History
2009 – 2023
The founders began property development as a strategic side venture alongside their formal professional careers. Over this period, through one of their board entities, they successfully developed hundreds of residential units in Depok, West Java.
2023
Pasedona was officially established with an office in South Jakarta
2024
The commencement of Bianca Villa Sawangan in Depok and Taman Bougenville Estate in Jatibening, Bekasi, marks a defining chapter in Pasedona’s journey. These flagship developments stand as testament to the company’s ambitious growth and its evolving prominence in the strategic market.
2025
Development of Bianca Kukusan began, supported by Archie. The project is a highly strategic residential cluster located on the outskirts of Jakarta.
2026
Pasedona entered a strategic partnership with Amani Group to develop Bianca Jatimulya in Bekasi.
