23 Agustus 2023 – Pasedona was formally established as a company by four partners: PAmuji, SEtiawan, DOnny, and Adrian
22 Juni 2024 – The development of nine new residential units at Taman Bougenville Estate, Jatibening, Bekasi, officially commenced.
18 Juli 2024 – The subsidiary PT Pasir Putih Bersama was established to develop the 72-unit Bianca Villa Sawangan project in Pasir Putih, Depok.
20 Maret 2025 – A funding partnership was entered into with Archie for the development of 16 residential units and two shophouses under the Bianca Kukusan project at a strategic location in Kukusan, Depok
23 November 2025 – Seized the Best Boutique Development award for Bianca Villa Sawangan from Propertinovasi and the University of Indonesia
26 Januari 2026 – A project development cooperation agreement was signed with Amani for the Bianca Jatimulya project in Jatimulya, Bekasi, comprising 16 residential units.
